Logic Grid
Logical grid in heights of 60cm, 90cm, 120cm & 240cm, with width range from 30cm up to 90cm, in 15cm increments, for adaptability to the structure
For larger panel formation, the panels are connected with the panel connectors and stiffened with steel walers, allowing them to be repositioned by crane
Aluminum Frames, High – Grade Sheet
The PAP frames are made from 6mm aluminum omega profile and border profile, welded with our state of the art robotic welders. The high – grade sheet allows for high number of re-use cycles, resulting with a fare faced concrete.

Structure Dimension Adjustment
No work needed to make the holes, the panels sheet is provided with hole grid that allow for 5cm adjustment of the cross section of the structure, and ceiled with high grade plastic plugs. The grid allows for panel connection at wall junctions and stop-ends.
Overcoming Dimension Limitations
The Steel Jackey is used to complete up to 25cm the shutter when there is limited dimension of the inner core structure. It also acts a the key for dismantling after concrete pouring. The Steel Jackey can be fitted with any forming sheet.
System Compatibility
With the rigid structure of the 6mm aluminum Omega and border profile, and with the help of simple connection accessories and efficient design, the PAP frames can be used with the Soldier beams to form the single sided walls.
